Frank (70) passed away in his residence on April 16, 2019 in West Fargo, ND. He was under the care of his wife Marsha and Hospice of the Red River Valley. The family will be having a memorial service on May 18th between 2 -4 pm at:

Frank was born April 1, 1949 to Tony and Cecilia Lugo. He grew up and attended school in Glyndon, MN. On May 30, 2003 he married Marsha Russell of West Fargo, ND. Through the years he was a well known truck driver. Frank loved and enjoyed being around his wife, daughter, grandchildren and all of our great friends. He had a wonderful sense of humor and he and Marsha were truly best friends that loved to joke with one another and laugh to no end. He also had a tender heart and was always there if you needed him for anything.

Frank is survived by his loving wife, Marsha Lugo. Their daughter, Tabatha Rohrich (Justin Hogue). Three grandchildren: Austin, Mila and Brexsten.
His sons Troy and Kirby Lugo and daughter Kacey Lugo.

Frank is also survived by his sisters Mary Ann Crowe, Rozi Aguilar, Carmen Diaz, Anna Amaya, Lucy Arne, Gloria Bailey, Teresa Barbosa. His brothers John Lugo, Tony Lugo Jr. and Victor Lugo.

The family would like to thank Red River Valley Hospice for taking such very good care of Frank! His team included:

RN -Kelsey
CNA Christina
Social Worker Brittany
Chaplain Dave
Dr. Malburg
Dr. JJ
Dr. Ashley Hout @ Sanford

And all the rest of the staff at Sanford Medical Center and Hospitals we attended.

A Big Thank you to Boulger Funeral Home & Romantic Moon Events Center for helping us get through this hard time.

Poncho & Marsha were one of the first people I came into contact with at a new job! They made it very easy and grew to be one of the greatest friends! Poncho was just full of life and joy! Even towards the end he was always happy! May he rest in peace and my love goes out to the family!
