I was major adviser for Gary for his Master of Science degree in Computer Science at ND
SU. Gary joined our team that was developing software for a big Air Force project at the time. He took responsibility for the programming that handled much of the data management work for the project. Gary was a splendid team member, doing his part and also offering help to others on the team in order to meet our deadlines in a quality way. My condolences to the family. Gary will be missed.
