Gary E. Nelson, 70, Fargo passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 at his home.
Gary was born February 21, 1947 in Fergus Falls, Minnesota to Newell and Evelyn (Bailey) Nelson. He grew up in Fargo. He enlisted in the U.S. Army on August 31, 1966, serving in Vietnam.
He worked at Steiger Tractor and IH Case for 30 + years before retiring in 2009.
He is survived by many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and good friends, Floyd Moen and Peter Bates.
Funeral Service: 1:00 P.M. Friday, July 7, 2017 at Boulger Funeral Home & Celebration of Life Center, Fargo with visitation starting at 12:00 A.M.
Burial: Hillside Cemetery, Fingal, North Dakota.
