Gerald “Tiny” Pfeifer, 55, Fargo, ND passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Manor Care, Fargo. He was born on December 9, 1958 to Edward and Evelyn (Ness) Pfeifer in Fargo, North Dakota. He grew up in Fargo and graduated from South High School in 1977.
Following graduation, he continued working in the service department for Selland Motors in Fargo, later Moorhead. Tiny later worked for Muscatell Dodge and then Muscatell Kia, where he retired in 2008 due to medical reasons. He was greatly admired for his work, and wherever he went, he saw one of his many satisfied customers.
Tiny loved spending time outdoors, whether it was golfing, boating, or raising tomatoes for his famous green tomato pickles. Food was one of his greatest passions, whether it be eating or cooking it. He took great joy in preparing food for his work crew, or anyone else in his life. Watching NASCAR was another one of Tiny’s hobbies.
He is survived by his siblings, Cindy (Jim) Taylor, Fargo; Deb Walla, West Fargo; and Shirley Pfeifer, Spanaway, WA; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Karen Gaffney; and brother, Tim Pfeifer.
