  3. Val and Brad:

I was so saddened to hear about Glenn’s passing. You know, Glenn was with me every step of the way through my VA Career which lated close to 18 years. I use to fondly call him, “Mr. VA” as he was such a good man for the veterans. My memories of the VA include Glenn.

I was unable to make it to his funeral as I was in the hospital having surgery. My thoughts and prayers were with you.

    God Bless

I was so sad to hear that Glenn had passed away. I have many memories of working with Glenn a VA – All of them are good. When I think of him only positive images come to mind. Over the years I came to know Glenn as a generous man with an easy and friendly smile who was alwys willing to help other people. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. May God’s peace be with you at this very difficult time.

  10. Hawley MnJust had to write how sad I was to hear of Glenn’s passing. We had heard of his illness last summer when we had our little class reunion and wish he could have come. We were dealing with the passing of another classmate at that time and we were all just too aware of how we were all getting closer to the end. I just want to send my condolences and say goodby to a wonderful classmate. God bless

  13. Fargo, ND
I have always treasured time spent with Glenn, particularly the evening conversation after a good day’s hunt, (there never really is a bad day when hunting). I’ve also enjoyed the off season gatherings that included an occasional friendly game of Texas Hold’em. And with God’s grace, we got to do everything one more time.
Cherished moments, all of them. Rest easy Glenn. God bless you Val, Brad and Anna.

  14. Fargo ND
I was saddened to read about Glenn’s passing. I was fortunate to work with Glenn and Valerie at the VAMC. Their dedication to the veterans and healthcare were an inspiration to me when I started my career with the VA. Glenn would always provide me with the straight forward answers to my questions which I really appreciated. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. God Bless.

  15. Fargo ND
    Val,
I was so sad to hear Glenn had cancer and now so sad that a full recovery was not possible. I will always remember Glenn with a smile on his face, his hearty laugh and generous wisdom.
I was on many committees with Glenn, both for work and for the Credit Union. When Glenn talked, I listened. Not because he intimidated but because I knew – he had something worthwhile to say and I wanted to learn. My prayers to you and your family. God Bless!
