Greg ?Skogie? Skog, 55, Fargo, ND, died Monday, October 29, 2007 in his home. Greg was born February 21, 1952 in Moorhead, MN, the son of Robert and Delores Lee. He and his family lived in Aberdeen, SD and Mansfield, SD, and he graduated from Northfield, SD High School in 1971. He worked road construction and in 1976 began working for the Coke bottling plant in Moorhead, MN. Greg and Dawn Stieha were married in Fargo on February 19, 1976. They lived in West Fargo for a time, and in 1984 they moved to Forman, ND and purchased the No Name Bar. He lived in Storey, WY for a few years where he worked construction. In 1999, he returned to Fargo and he managed The Bowler. He has worked at Playmakers as Operations Manager for the past 3 years. The joy of his life were his two grandchildren, Christian and Gavin. He is survived by his son, Chad (Ninfa) Skog, Summerton, AZ; his daughter, Lisa Skog and Erik Nordeng, Fargo, ND; his mother, Delores Skog, Fargo, ND; 2 grandchildren; his brothers, John (Paula) Kensmoe, Lincoln, NE, Tracy (Bettie) Kensmoe, West Fargo, ND, Paul Kensmoe, Fargo, ND; his sisters, Diane Kensmoe, Steele, ND and Lynne Lock, Fargo, ND; a special aunt, Carole Thorstad, Dawn Skog, Forman, ND; nieces and nephews; and many friends at The Bowler and Playmakers. There will be a gathering of friends on Thursday from 4-6 p.m. at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo. Following this visitation, there will be a reception at Playmakers.
