Helen Fettig

Helen C. Fettig, 79 of Fargo, died Sunday, August 26, 2007 at Bethany Homes in Fargo. Helen Magelki was born on December 30, 1927 to Paul and Celestine Magelki in Mandan, ND. After graduating from high school, she worked at Quain and Ramstad Clinic as a receptionist for three years. She married Raymond Fettig on May 9, 1949 at the catholic church in Mandan, ND. They moved to Fargo where she worked for the Fargo Clinic for five years. Helen and Raymond were members of the Eagle?s Club in Fargo. She enjoyed roller skating, dancing, winters in Arizona and vacations to Hawaii and Disney. She is survived by her husband, Raymond; children, Nancy Smestad (Gary) of Fargo, ND, David Fettig (Toni) of Moorhead, MN, Daniel Fettig of LaHabra, CA and one grandchild, Robin Fettig of Moorhead, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and three sisters. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Roger Maris Cancer Center. Visitation: Wednesday, August 29 from 5-8 pm at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo and one hour prior to Mass in the church on Thursday. Rosary & Prayer Service: Wednesday at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral Mass: Thursday, August 30 at 12:00 noon at St. Mary?s Cathedral, Fargo. Interment: Riverside Cemetery, Fargo. Arrangements entrusted to Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
