She inherited such traits from her mom. Over the years I’ve witnessed her shower her family with love..Mike and Jacque always made me feel accepted and like family. 24. Lisa, Kris and Mike,
My heart breaks for your family. I have so many memories of spending time at your house all throughout childhood, and Jacque was always kind and happy and smiling, always smiling and laughing. She was the mom every child deserves to have. Love and hugs to you all! ~Lara (Gugisberg) York

  25. Mike, Lisa, Kris, Carol and JoAnn, Jacque was a beautiful lady who enriched many lives. She was so gracious and caring, much like her mother, Aunt Esther. May you be surrounded by the many happy memories and love. Heartfelt sympathy, Linda Pahl Skatvold

  26. I have known Jacque and Mike since college days at the Univ. of North Dakota in the mid-1960’s. She was always a favorite and special person. Our life paths prevented frequent meetings over the years but when we did get together we seemed to pick up right where we had left off without missing a beat. She was joy to be around. A couple of years ago I brought my one of my daughters and my oldest granddaughter to North Dakota to let them visit UND. We stayed with Mike and Jacque and by the time we left everyone was crying because of our departure. My granddaughter felt as if she had obtained another grandmother. Jacque, you will be missed. The world is a sadder place because of your passing.

  27. Cousins Mike, Lisa, Kris and families. This is the roughest of times. We are so very
    sorry for your/our loss.
I remember Jacque making some of the most amazing bars and that I wanted to be able to
accomplish that endeavor one day. Still waiting.
My first awareness of Jacque was through Aunt Pat’s eyes. And those eyes were brimming
with dear kindness for what the future held for Mike and Jacque. Plus, Pat and Red’s house
always felt warm and inviting. Fond memories.
Please know, how much we care.
    Anne (Kelly) Zarling and family

  28. We are very sorry that Jacque is no longer with us. We had many good times together during our insurance days together.

  29. Dear Mike and Family,
