James D. Schatz

James “Jim” D. Schatz, 73, Fargo passed away Friday, July 6, 2018 at Essentia Health, Fargo. Jim was born January 31, 1945 in Watertown, South Dakota to Fred and Gladys (Bohm) Schatz. He attended school in Fargo before going to work for various construction companies. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, a battle he fought for over 25 years. He is survived by his daughter; Michelle (Tim) Goodness, Salem, OR; two grandchildren, Oliver and Finn, Salem, OR; siblings, Donna McConnal, MO, Verna Littlefield, Detroit Lakes, MN, Anna Mae Bring, Redding, CA, Donald (Judy) Schatz, Fargo, ND, Gary (Lindy) Schatz, LA, Delraine Roquette, Fargo, ND, Gerald (Elaine) Schatz, Fargo, ND and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings; Maxine Boisjolie, Robert Schatz, Ralph Schatz, Alice Glenn and 3 infant siblings. Memorial Service: 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Boulger Funeral Home & Celebration of Life Center, Fargo.
