I know this is a tough time for you and the boys, but please also take solace in knowing that Jim touched so many lives in his years, and in so many positive ways. Those that have ever known Jim know just how kind of a soul he was. I hadn’t been in touch very much over the last quite a few years with Jim, but I will never forget the many great times we had back in the days of Domino’s pizza and pool league. May all the cherished memories bring you peace and comfort. I worked with Jim for several years at Upstream . Jim was such a loving and caring soul. He touched so many and cared deeply about everyone. Jim would do anything he could to help and became quick friends with everyone. His laughs, jokes, and kind caring nature is greatly missed. Jim loved his family so much and you all were his joy!!! We heard this in his stories of you all and the cats, etc. He touched us all and is greatly missed!!! My thought are with you. Scott.

My deepest condolences go out to the Milligan family. I am saddened to know that such a sweet, caring, funny, lovable, genuine man has passed :'( it has been quite some time since I had seen Jim, but I have never forgotten him and his family’s love for my brother Jose(rip), my aunt Tilly(rip), and me. Jim was like a jolly uncle my brother Jose and I could talk to, he was always welcoming us to go play with Larry at their home, and treated us as one of his own…I will always be grateful to Jim and the Milligans for being like a second family for us. I will miss seeing Jim’s posts online, it was nice to see his humor on Facebook! Today I shed some tears for you Jim, my heart is heavy to know your family and friends have lost a gem
