Jerald “Jerry” Heagley, 76, Fargo, formerly of Jamestown, N.D. passed away October 29, 2018. Jerry was born January 13, 1942, in Aberdeen, S.D. to Charles and Dorothy Heagley. He graduated from Leola High School in 1960. Jerry married Dianne Kline in 1963 in Leola, S.D. They had six daughters, Pamela and twin sister, Teresa, Lisa, Debbie and Nicole. Jerry and Dianne resided in Jamestown during his career of 40 years for Bridgestone/Firestone. For the past 15 years, the Heagleys spent winter months in Mesa, Ariz. Jerry was always willing to help his family and friends and loved attending his grandchildren’s athletic activities, playing cards and meeting with his coffee friends. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and past member of St. James Basilica, and also a member of Knights of Columbus, Jamestown. Jerry is survived by Dianne, his wife of 55 years; daughters: Teresa, Lisa, Debbie, and Nicole. Teresa Dean of Cave Creek, Ariz., Doug, Haley, and Spencer Dean of Dilworth, Minn; Lisa Heagley of Littleton, Colo; Debbie Belcher of Cave Creek, Ariz., Craig, Hannah, Nathan and Morgan Belcher of Cave Creek, Ariz; Nicole (Jerrad) Krapp, Tyler Heagley, Isaac and Nolan Krapp of Dilworth, Minn. He is also survived by his sisters: Janice Fredrickson, Aurora, Colo; Sharon Kindelspire, Forbes, N.D.; Dorothy May Rhue, Parker, Colo.; Evelyn Miller, Minneapolis, Minn. and Gloria Heagley, Denver, Colo., and numerous nieces and nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, daughters Pamela and her twin sister, and brother, Donald. A Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 PM Monday November 5, 2018 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in West Fargo, with visitation one hour before the funeral.
