Jesse Mares

jesse mares
Jesse Franklin Mares, 29, of North Fargo, ND, passed away on August 5, 2020. Jesse was born on July 31, 1991 to Susan DeFeo, in Denver Colorado. In September of 2006, Mark Mares adopted Jesse to be his son. Jesse grew up in Parker, Colorado and then relocated to North Dakota. Jesse earned his GED and had various employment between Jamestown and Fargo. In August of 2018, Jesse was working fulltime for Ledgestone LLC based out of Detroit Lakes. He enjoyed doing construction work and always was willing to learn more about the trade. He did have a knack of injuring his fingers, a lot. Jesse was an avid Colorado Avalanche fan (Whoop Whoop!). Jesse loved music. He loved his Juggalo family, a Juggalo for life. He was one to have everyone involved in whatever he was doing. He always made everyone around him feel welcome and got a laugh out of them, or at least a chuckle. . . maybe even an eye roll or two. He brightened up a room and made his presence known. He gave the best hugs ever! He met his fiancé, Tacie Donnelly, in 2017 on Thanksgiving. On March 20, 2019, their daughter, Evelyn Mae Mares was born. They resided in North Fargo and were to be married this year until Covid-19 ruined many plans. Jesse is survived by his fiancé, Tacie and his daughter Evelyn. Also, his two other children, Taylin and Sylas. His parents, Susan and Mark, his grandparents, Frank and Dolores, his brother Damian and two sisters, Raven and Kaitlyn, Jesse also had many friends that adored him and that will truly miss him. A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Lindenwood Park in Fargo at 4 pm.
