John Hood

John R. Hood Harwood, North Dakota John passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo at the age of 63. John was born on June 10, 1945, the son of Deane and Esther (Salems) Hood in Duluth, MN. He grew up in Duluth and graduated from Duluth Central High School. John was united in marriage to Jeanette Lemke on May 26, 1973 at St. William?s Catholic Church in Argusville. After their marriage they made their home near Harwood. John was employed as a salesman at Trudell Trailers in Fargo ? previously known as Fargo Trailer Center. John had a great love for his family and all people. He loved traveling with his wife, and working outdoors. John is survived by his loving wife, Jeanette of Harwood; his daughter, Stacy (Bob) Krabbenhoft of Sabin, MN; his son, Brian (Jill) Hood of Duluth; his granddaughter, Elizabeth Krabbenhoft; his father, Deane Hood of Duluth; his brother, Deane (Saki) Hood of Seattle, WA; and his sister, Deborah (Erwin) St. Germaine of Duluth. John was preceded in death by his mother, Esther and his brother, James.
