John Pauly

John Pauly, 85, of Fargo, died Thursday, March 2, 2006 in his home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. John M. Pauly was born on April 13, 1920 in Wahpeton, North Dakota, the son of Edmund and Mary (Schmidt) Pauly. He attended Wahpeton schools and North Dakota State School of Science. He married Evelyn White on September 15, 1940 in Wahpeton. They moved to Fargo in 1985. John was employed with Johnson Gas, Home Gas and Texgas during his working life. John was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather who loved woodworking, card playing and being with his family. John was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn; son, Gary and brothers, Leo and Robert. He is survived by his daughter, Karen (Robert) Molinari of Jacksonville, FL; four grandchildren, Kevin (Jennifer) Pauly of Rosemount, MN, Kelly (Marc) Jensen of Mankato, MN, Michael (Carolina) Molinari of South Riding, VA, John Molinari of West Palm Beach, FL; and four great grandchildren, Tyler, Blake, John II, and Taylor. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Hospice of the Red River Valley. The funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 7 at 11:00 am in St. John?s Catholic Church, Wahpeton. Visitation will be held one hour prior to Mass in the church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Wahpeton.
