  15. We are very saddened to hear this. We have only known him for a short time. We met Josh’s family in Copper Ridge trick or treating when he was pulling up to our house on an atv with the kids on a trailer!! I was thinking this is crazy but the kids came to the door having a blast. Josh also came to the door with a huge smile and a beer in hand to meet us! (We maybe have had some adult treats too) But Josh did make us feel very welcoming to the Neighborhood!! From then on we have waived (every time) to each other on the road or when he drove by our place! We talked in the schools picking up our kids and even talked at Walmart shopping when in a hurry! He was always willing too spent time just to talk! Josh was such a great person and will be very missed.
    Till we talk again rip.

  28. When we first opened our hotel I had never been anywhere other than the inside of an elevator before. I knew you pushed a button to open it and another to get where you needed to go. Josh quickly taught me about the overheating and maintenance of elevators, unfortunately through his many trips to see us. Initially I was a little taken aback with his gruff nature and condescending attitude about my lack of knowledge about elevators but I soon learned that by matching his sarcasm with my own we could get along just fine and work together to not have to pay him any more service trip charges. We enjoyed a friendly banter of sarcastic conversation from there on out. My condolences and prayers to his family and friends.

  29. I talked to Josh for several years in Dispatch. Always polite, even on the rough days. My prayers are with his family, his friends, & his coworkers at this difficult time.

  33. So very sorry to hear of Josh’s passing. We lived just down the road when you lived in Copper Ridge, and our German Shepherd Rocky always loved playing with your Great Danes and Josh always had a smile on his face and always plenty to BS and laugh about! He also worked on the elevators at my husband’s work a lot. We will be praying for your family during these difficult days. God be with you all.

  34. Our family is very sorry for the leaving of Joshua. Your family has always been very strong in these times. Please continue to keep the faith at this most difficult time, Joshua is not alone with his passing because we will all go through this.

  36. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting this young man while he was Visiting his Uncle here in California. I remember thinking how good both he and his brother turned out. I am still sad when I think about it. His uncle has always kept me in the loop of his life . Good man. Good father! Good husband. A soldier! I will forever remember this young man and the amazing legacy he has left behind for everyone to follow.
