Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Dear Joyce’s family….My 4th grade class and I would like to express our sympathies to your family. Joyce was a pen pal in our “Forever Friends” program for the last year or two. She was always so excited to see the students and her pen pals….Taylor and Nikki. She would brighten the room with her smile! She was always willing to participate in whatever activities we had planned. We will always treasure our many memories with her! She will be greatly missed!….Lana Wages and 4th grade students from Kelly Elementary School.

  2. I miss you and love you mother. You raised me well (I think so anyway!). Some of my favorite quotes you said were, “what will the neighbors think” and “if God had wanted you to have holes in your ears he would have put them there” (when I wanted to get my ears pierced). I know you can hear us down here because you could always hear everything!! We couldn’t ever get anything past you. Rest in Peace.

  3. Kathleen and I were planning to attend the service today, but weather conditions changed our plans. I always enjoyed the cousin luncheons (usually at Royal Fork in Fargo). Lots of coffee, stories, and laughter. Joyce, Lucille, and Kathleen were close together in age so had many stories to tell. Our get-togethers were a great way to stay connected and update on families, etc.
