Christopherson family, I am so sorry for your loss. Katie was a ray of sunshine among a great group of basketball kids that I was lucky enough to coach. She left me with many great memories of those days and even though I haven’t seen her in years, I know that I will miss her. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I went to grade school through high school with Katie. We graduated from North High School in 2003. She was so full of life and a sweet girl. She was always nice to the non-popular people in school.

My heart breaks for the family, her children and friends of Katie’s. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. I hope in time you find peace and can smile at all the memories you share with Katie without pain.

I attended North High School with Katie as a Spartan, the groups that we were in were pretty tight back in those days. I looked up to Katie, had a blast with her and adored her beauty. It was very nice to have known her and the travesty that has occurred is heartbreaking. I hope the best for her family and my condolences are in mind. The song “Heaven couldn’t wait for you” reminds me of her by Beyonce. I am very sorry for your loss. I will remember her as she was, as I saw her last. Too young, never would have thought…yet she was already successful in her short amount of time, she touched many lives greatly.
