Kimberly Jean Fox, 55, Fargo, ND passed away on December 1, 2018 at her home surrounded by family and under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. She was born September 26, 1963 to James William and Florence (Erhmann) VanEpps in Billings, MT. Kim grew up in Linton, ND and she graduated from Linton High School in 1982. Following graduation, she moved to Wahpeton where she attended NDSCS. In 1983 Kim was united in marriage to Bryan Hoherz in Linton. The couple raised their two children, Lee and Karissa, in Fargo. Kim was a supervisor at Perkins and later managed the restaurant and bar at the Radisson. She also worked for Valley Rental and Sanford Hospital. Kim was employed at the VA Hospital as a medical support assistant until leaving for medical reasons. On July 10, 1997 Kim married Rick Fox at United Methodist Church in Fargo. They made their home in Fargo. Kim was an avid shopper who always managed to find a good deal. She also loved getting manicures, and was known for the fun designs on her nails. Kim never forgot a birthday, whether it was a coworker, friend or family member. She had a huge heart for everybody and always put everyone above herself. Her “Nana Sandwiches” were enjoyed by family, neighbors, friends, and her grandkids because they were made with love. Kim’s greatest joy was spending time with her grandkids. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Rick; children, Lee (Meghan) Hoherz and Karissa (Jason) Hoherz; grandchildren, Charlye, Nevaeh, Shayla, Beau, Jason, and Adrion; siblings, Dawn (Mike) Hoherz; William (Lois) VanEpps; and Tina (Wade) Doty; nieces and nephews, BranDee (Kevin) Moran; Cassandra, Amber, William Jr., and Joshua VanEpps; and Peyton Doty; great-nieces and nephews, Gabrial, Alexandria, Brooklyn, and Jayden Moran. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. There will be a visitation from 6-8:00 PM on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center. Her Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 7, 2018 at Boulger Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior.

I always remember the excitement in her face when she would talk about her grandbabies. We love you Kim Fox and we will greatly miss you. Thinking of you Rick and family in this time of need.     I have been trying to write how I feel all day… To tell stories about our time growing up, hanging out together ALOT, sometimes doing what we were not suppose to be doing..

    I decided our stories are for us to remember, as our memories will last forever in my heart. (we really do not need to tell everyone, everything we did as long as we know we were having a great time : )

  8. Kim and I met 30 years ago and became fast friends. She was just one of the “guys” to me. I will miss her, and her kind heart greatly. I wish her well in her new journey… My thoughts go out to her family who also mean very much to me.

My grandmother was the light of my life and I will always miss her she was the biggest part of my life and you really never understand how much you need someone until they are gone and that is said by many and only believed by most but I will regret every single breath I took without her making it easier for me to breath I will miss her until the day we are reunited once again her and my great grandmother Florence. She is my everything she did everything she could for everyone else sometimes I wish she would have cared a little else for everyone and make sure she was ok I miss her with everything in me.
