Leo Anton Palluck

Leo Anton Palluck, age 84, formerly of Davenport, ND died on July 21, 2005 at Villa Maria Health Care Center. Leo was born on February 12, 1921, to Anton and Mary ( Nagorski) Palluck in rural Little Falls, MN. Leo lost both his parents at an early age. He lived with the Felix Skiera family until the age of 16. He stayed with the Kliber family in Sobieski, MN for a time. He did mostly farm work but worked for a short time in Chicago, IL. He married Ella Zierke on October 19, 1943 at St. Henry?s Parish in Alice, ND and they farmed near Alice until 1957. In 1958 they moved to Davenport, ND and he started working as the blade operator for the Cass County Road Department. He retired in 1985. He moved to Villa Maria Health Care Center on December 22, 2004. He is survived by his wife, Ella; children: Beverly Dawson (Richard) Davenport, ND, Joyce Baker (Rex) Devils Lake, ND, Larry Palluck (Diane) Davenport, ND, Glenn Palluck (Carolyn) Fargo, ND, Curtis Palluck (Stephanie) Kindred, ND, Duane Palluck (Vicky) Fargo, ND, Donna Wawers ( Dean) Davenport, ND 8 grand children; 8 great grandchildren; sister: Rita Kostreba, Holdingford, MN, and brother Isadore ( Jeannie) Polluch, Alpina, MI. Preceded in death by his parents; and siblings: Joanne Lauderdale, Sally Anderson, John Palluck, Conrad, Pauloch, Joseph " Joe" Palluck, Florian Aaker, Stanley Palluck, Richard Palluck, and Lawrence Aaker. Visitation will be on Monday, July 25, 2005 at Fredrikson Funeral Chapel, Kindred, ND from 5-7pm with a 7:00pm prayers service. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2005 at 11:00am at St. Maurice?s Catholic Church, Kindred, ND. Burial will follow the lunch at the Davenport Cemetery, rural Davenport, ND. Services entrusted to the care of Fredrikson Funeral Chapel, Kindred, ND.
