  10. Phyllis and family. With extend to you our deepest sympathy on Leo’s passing. He was a loyal, proud Happy Hooligan. While I first met Leo at thru the Guard – our relationship grew over the years while he owned P&J Plumbing. When our home burned in 1989 Leo was of great assistance in providing our plumbing supply source. Leo and Phyllis contacted me to purchase their new home on Elm Street – and I recall how happy they were on move-in day!

Additionally, we shared several special times at he Harwood Legion, where Leo was a 56 year member. I delivered his 50 year membership certificate to him. We visited for a short time. The last time we visited was in Hornbacher’s about 2 years ago, where he told me he was on his way to a dialysis treatment.

    God Speed my friend.
