Lynn Alan Jalbert, age 66, passed away on June 28, 2009 at Lake Ashtabula surrounded by his loving family.
Lynn was born on October 7, 1942 in Halstad, MN, the son of Lewie and Francis (Ludwig) Jalbert. He grew up in Grandin, ND and graduated from Grandin High School in 1959. He later attended and graduated from Interstate Business College in Fargo and Minnesota School of Business in Minneapolis. Lynn was part owner of Northern Grain Equipment in West Fargo. Lynn was united in marriage to Margaret Kuehl on July 20, 1963. Three children were born to this union, Rick, Julie, and Kory – also three grandchildren, Ashley, Chase and Haley.
Lynn will be remembered by his family for the loved he showed to all of them. One of his greatest qualities was to make everyone around him feel special.
Surviving are his mother, Francis Jalbert of Hillsboro, ND; his wife, Margaret Jalbert of Fargo; his children, Rick Jalbert of Fargo; Julie (Paul) Lako of Arthur, ND; Kory (Robyn) Jalbert of Elliott, ND; his grandchildren, Ashley and Chase Lako; and Haley Jalbert. Also surviving are his siblings, Russ (Geri) Jalbert of Grandin; Bryan (Mary Ellen) Jalbert of Watertown, SD; Liz (Wayne) Hagemeister of Argusville, ND; and Daryl (Linda) Jalbert of Fargo; his sisters in law, Jane Jalbert Lean of Fargo; and Betty Jalbert of Devils Lake, ND; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Lewie Jalbert; and his brother, Ronald Jalbert.
VISITATION: 5-7 PM Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo – and also one hour prior to the service in the church on Wednesday

FUNERAL SERVICE: 2 PM Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Hope Lutheran Church North Campus (2900 North Broadway) in Fargo
BURIAL: Grandin Community Cemetery in Grandin, ND
