Grand Forks ND What do you say about someone who was pretty much your second mom while you were growing up? I think even as a kid I could recognize all the spunk that existed in such a little lady. Later, I often thought that my late mother-in-law reminded me a lot of Margie. She made almost all the clothes I wore right up through the bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. Just a few days ago I found out from my dad that Margie had taken care of his mother (who died before I was born) when she was in the hospital at St Johns. I just think that’s so cool. What a small world, and what a blessing to have had this sweet lady be a part of mine.
Oh special lady … we will remember you always. Your special gift of sewing was always admired and your ready smile will never be forgotten. It is now time for you to rest. You were so strong in facing the loss of Jeanne and your illness.
