Mark Boeddeker, 52, of Mayville, ND died on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Sanford Hospital, Fargo, ND.  He was born on June 10, 1961, in Fargo, ND to Eugene and Gloria Boeddeker.  Mark was baptized  and later confirmed at St. John Lutheran Church in Hillsboro, ND.  He lived in Hillsboro, ND and Mayville, ND before residing in Nevis, MN.

Mark grew up on a farm near Hillsboro and graduated from Halstad High School in 1979.  He helped his father on the farm and then worked at American Crystal Sugar Company in Hillsboro for over thirty years. He then worked two years as a Class A Boiler Operator at ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston in Park Rapids MN.

He loved spending time with his friends and family.  He enjoyed fishing, camping, biking, reading and canoeing.  He also liked vehicles and taking road trips with his dog.  Mark worked and played hard all his life.

Mark is survived by his parents Eugene and Gloria Boeddeker; his daughters Annastasia Boeddeker and Heather Prestegord; his grandchildren; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his son Nathaniel Boeddeker and sister Molly Boeddeker.

The family wishes to sincerely thank everyone for their support and love during these hard times.  In lieu of thank you notes the Boeddeker family will be donating money to Cooperstown Bible Camp. We are sincerely thankful for everyone's support.
