Mary K Gorman died February 8th, 2013 at Bethany on University in Fargo, ND.  There will be a mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, February 14th at 10am at St. Anthony of Padua Church.  A Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, February 13th at Boulger Funeral Home at 7pm. 

Mary Kathryn Sullivan was born on March 10, 1926 in Drayton, ND to Francis B. and Sarah (Burke) Sullivan.  She attended grade school and graduated from High School in Berlin, ND in 1944.  She graduated from the St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Aberdeen, SD as a Registered Nurse in the U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps in 1947. She later worked at St. John’s Hospital in Fargo.

Mary K married H. William Johnson in Fargo in 1948.  Bill was killed in the Korean War in 1951.  She married Stephen T. Gorman, Jr. in Fargo in 1952. Mary K and Steve were married for 60 years. 

Mary K is survived by her husband, Steve; children:  Kathy (George) Keiser of Bismarck ND, Steve of Fargo ND, and Beth (Randy) Hollingsworth of Maple Grove MN; grandchildren: Sarah (Kelly) Johnson of Bismarck ND, Katie Keiser of Bozeman MT, Christie Hollingsworth of Phoenix AZ, and Brian Hollingsworth of Maple Grove MN; great-granddaughters Ivy and Hannah Johnson of Bismarck ND;  sisters:  Pat Phillipp and Gerry (Bob) Schoener of Fargo ND, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Francis and Sarah Sullivan, first husband Bill Johnson, brother John Sullivan and sister Imogene Fitzpatrick.
