In 1936 the family returned to the Sheyenne, ND area and lived and worked the Warsing farm. The family cherished the fond memories of growing up on the farm. During Mary June’s teen years Mary June’s father was severely injured in a farm accident so the family rallied together and started the family café in Sheyenne, ND.
