Mikie Jones-Schreder

Mikie A. Jones-Schreder, age 9, Fargo, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2003, in Grand Forks, ND. Mikie was born October 6, 1993. Mikie attended Bennett Elementary School in Fargo, where he would have started third grade this fall. Mikie was blind, but he never let his disabilities get in his way. He was a very kind, friendly, independent little boy who loved to play with cars and trucks. He also enjoyed hunting with his dad, riding bike, and playing with his brothers and the children in the neighborhood. He is survived by his parents, Christie and Terry Schreder, Fargo; two brothers, Brennan, age 5, and Mason, age 2; grandparents, Francis and Maureen Schreder, Detroit Lakes, MN, Carol Westover, California, and Daniel Novella, Florida; great grandparents, Ludwina Schreder, Fargo, Marie and Michael Novella, Pennsylvania, and Phyllis Westover, Pennsylvania; and many cousins, uncles, aunts, and other relatives. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church, Fargo. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, and in the church Thursday one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery, Fargo.
