Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. On behalf of the College of Human Development and Education (formerly called Home Economics) at NDSU, I wish to extend our sympathy to Nancy’s family and friends.

  2. The McLaughlin’s, Nancy & Ray use to come into the clinic for Ray’s appointments while I worked at the then, Meritcare Health Systems. I will always remember them as such a sweet couple, but Nancy, she was such a gem! This grandmother, mother, wife was so beautifully elegant to me. She was the epitome of a lady in my mind. I never knew her other than the visits and registering them in the front lobby, but I will always remember her pose, she reminded me of Princess Grace. RIP Nancy and Ray

  3. My relatives and I will always remember the fun days at Star Lake and the times Nancy and Ray visited the Holy Cross Brothers in California and Louisiana.
    Our prayers are with you,
    Bro. Howard Metz, csc

  4. My prayers and sympathy are with the McLaughlin family. May Nancy rest in peace and eternal glory!

  5. Nancy and I knew each other since the middle 30’s as our homes were just two blocks apart. It was always a pleasure to have a conversation with her at Uncle Billy and Aunt Kate’s home, the Nilles home, SHA, the Convent, or just around the neighborhood. As stated, “She was beauty and grace inside and out”. Sincerely, Tom and Mary

  6. So Sorry to hear of Nancy’s passing. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. She was such an elegant lady.
Wish I could make it to the funeral sadly I cannot.

    Brian Day

  7. Nancy was one of the kindest and most thoughtful people we’ve ever met – always pleasant and so easy to talk with. What a joyful person who enjoyed a good life. She will be sorely missed by so many.
