Naomi Bishop Fritz
Naomi R. Fritz, also known as “Pinkie”, died Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at Villa Maria in Fargo at the age of 89. She was born February 11, 1917 at Ayr, North Dakota. When a small child, the family moved to Buffalo, North Dakota, where she grew up and attended Buffalo schools graduating in 1934. She moved to Fargo with her family in 1936. She was employed at the Agriculture Adjustment Agency at the Cass County Courthouse now known as the ASCS for nine years. She then worked for Junge Electric Company, West Fargo, for three years where she met her husband, Raymond M. Fritz. They were married April 20, 1949. She worked for a time for Warner & Company, AEtna Insurance, and again for the ASCS. She was employed by the Cass County Sheriff for ten years and then spent twelve years as secretary to Paul P. Feder, retiring in June 1980.
She was preceded in death by her husband in August 2000 and is survived by her nieces and nephews.
