Guestbook

  1. Summerdale AlMy thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. I have such fond memories of Neal and all of the Hegland family. It was such a joy to me to be a part of their family and watch them as they grew up. Having the triplets in my wedding was very memorable! May God bless all of you and give you comfort. Anita

  2. finley N. D.Cherie & Family, our deepest Sympathy to you on the loss of Neal. We are your mom’s friends from Finley-Sharon. Again our sympathy to you. Jerome & Karen

  3. Dear Hegland family,
I’m so sorry to hear about Neal. I don’t think I’ve seen most of you since we were kids. My dad (Dan Olgaard) would run into Joe now and then and give us an update on the family. Neal will truly be missed by his family and friends.

Our prayers are with Cherie and your whole family.

  4. Elgin IlDiane, Rick, Debbie, Cindy and Joe,
Though it has been many years since we have seen each other, hung out together, and in some cases raised a little hell (in a good way of course). I am shocked and deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Neal, a life long friend. I have and will always keep near and dear to my heart all the fun we’ve shared on Lilac Lane. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you..God bless and I can picture him doing those flip flops, in his cut off shorts, tan as can be, up with God today. RIP Neal.
    Love,
Cindy, and my folks Joyce and Gene

  5. Fargo ND
My deepest sympathies on the passing of Neal. I met the triplets in the 6th grade at Longfellow Elementary and continued a friendship with Neal until graduation from high school and a few years beyond. Jim Britton, Neal and I spent many fun times together throughout the years. Neal always awed me when he would fly across our yard doing cartwheels and flips and never once wiped out. He always made me laugh yet always soft-spoken. He was a very kind person when I knew him and I know he will be missed by many.

  6. Jamestown nd ndWe are keeping the Hegland family in our prayers and in our hearts at this special time of celebrating his life.

  7. Fargo ND
    58102 Dearest Cherie and family,
Neal was a best friend, neighbor, and all around good human being. We will miss all of our talks over the fence and talking and having coffee. He was always truly interested in what you had to say, not just pretend he was genuine. I know he always had Honey Buns in his heart. I promised to be there and Duane and I will do our very Best! We love you, Duane and Faye just next door.

  8. West Fargo ND
I have known Neal and his brothers, sisters and parents since before he was born. I remember babysitting Neal, Ricky and Diane when they were little. The boys were hard to tell apart and loved to pull tricks. After their mom left they switched clothes so I wouldn’t know who I was chasing after. Good kiddos that liked to have fun! God bless and RIP, Neal. Blessings to his family as well.

  9. Nacogdoches TexasWith fond memories of the Hegland family from my days in the 21st Street N Fargo neighborhood, I offer my profound sympathies for your loss.
