Olga Buck, age, 87, of Fargo, ND, formerly of Streeter, ND died on Friday, November 13, 2009, at her home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Olga Rivinius was born on October 29, 1922, the daughter of William and Katherina (Wolff) Rivinius, in Streeter, ND. She grew up on a farm near Streeter, attended a country school, and graduated from Streeter High School. After her schooling she taught in a country school Olga was united in marriage to Peter Nenow and they made their home on a farm south of Streeter. He passed away in 1947. Olga was united in marriage to Weslei J. Buck on October 12, 1949 in Streeter. Together they owned and operated a café in Streeter until retirement in 1979. They moved to Fargo and Olga worked for St. Luke’s Hospital as head baker from 1979 until 1989. She also worked for the Fargo Senior Commission for several years, and also served as custodian at Calvary United Methodist Church in Fargo, retiring in 1997. Weslei passed away in 1997. Olga is survived by her sons, Doug (Carolyn) Nenow of Alexander, ND; Wayne (Janelle) Buck of Jamestown, ND; Bruce (Rosalyn) Buck of Fargo; her daughters, Paulette (Milton) Bullock of Fridley, MN; Velma (Daryl) Dockter of Jamestown, ND; and Julie Buck of Fargo. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; her brother, Melvin (Joyce) Rivinius of Fargo; two sisters, Irene Opp of Detroit Lakes, MN; and Pauline Frey of Hastings, MN.
