Pat Longhenry

Patricia Ann Longhenry, age 82 of Fargo ND died Wednesday, September 23, 2015, at Villa Maria Nursing Home in Fargo ND surrounded by her family and priest. Pat was born January 31, 1933 to Thomas and Rose (Studdart) Ginnaty in St Paul, MN. She graduated from Harding High School, St Paul, MN and the University of Minnesota. She was united in marriage with Robert Longhenry on June 1^st 1963. They made their home in Fargo ND where Bob taught at NDSU. Pat was very involved and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was very active in volunteering at her parish, Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling especially with the gardening groups to which she and Bob belonged and loved going to the casinos with Bob and her neighbor, Eleanor. Throughout her life she was involved in many different activities including bridge groups, bowling and square dancing. Pat is survived by her children Mary (Brian) Hughes and Daniel (Sheri) Longhenry, her grandchildren Alyssa (Torie) Krull, Mark Longhenry, Abby Longhenry, her step-grandchildren, Erica, Joey and Jacob Hughes and her great-granddaughter Morgan Kummeth, her sister Florence (Gary) Erickson and her brother Richard Ginnaty; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.   She was preceded in death by her husband Bob, her parents Tom and Rose, her sister Rose Loberg and her brothers Thomas and Charles Ginnaty. Funeral Mass: 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Fargo with visitation starting at 10:00 A.M.
