Patrick Huck, died Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Sanford Health Hospital, Fargo, ND.
Patrick Arthur Huck was born January 1, 1984 in Fargo, the only child to Brenda and Jerry Huck. Patrick grew up in Fargo and graduated from North High in 2002. He loved sports as a child and an adult. He was an excellent bowler, played in all Babe Ruth activities, football, and hockey. He loved all people and gave special attention to kids. Always that wonderful, warm smile on his face, he was a fun loving man.
Patrick had multiple talents and could do anything. He was known for his politeness and graciousness that he treated people with always. His smiling face will be missed terribly by all who knew him and his life partner, Carolyn and son Kevin, who he was like a father to “The Boy”.
Patrick’s favorite things to do was play and listen to all sports. He also enjoyed teaching and mentoring “the boy” – Kevin.
Patrick’s family and friends want to once again thank all the Sanford ICU doctors, surgeons, and nursing staff for their compassion and unwavering commitment in treating Patrick.
He is survived by his mother, Brenda (Mark Taylor); father Jerry (Theresa) Huck; life partner, Carolyn Hansen and son Kevin; grandmother, Dorothy Huck; many loving and caring aunts, uncles, and cousins on both the Lill and Huck sides.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Arthur Lill; grandmother, Genevieve (Lill) Washebek; grandfather, Ray Washebek; aunt, Betty Craig; grandfather, Phil Huck; aunt, Valerie (Jahner) Huck; and cousin, Troy Huck.
Per Patrick’s request, please wear your favorite sports apparel (team Jersey or T-shirt) to celebrate his life.

You are missed
Patrick was one of the kindest souls I have ever encountered. I always enjoyed talking football with him during Vikings games. God bless his memory and condolences to all of his family
Pat you was always a crazy guy even when growing up. You, RJ Clauthier and Chad was the three amigos. Y’all would come to the house and never knew what y’all was up to. May you fly free now Pat. Everyone who k re you will miss you. Jodi Erbstoesser (Smith ).

Patrick was always smiles and always brightened a day ….You will be missed my friend and I promise the story of you kicking Duante Cullpepper out of Borrowed Bucks will never die my friend …Til we meet again Huck Ill miss you
Patrick was one of my favorite patrons at Vic’s Lounge in Moorhead. He always helped me take out the trash and would walk me home after my shift. We played bingo together and once we even won $1100.
I have so many memories of visiting with Patrick when no one else was in the bar with me. One night it rained so hard that we played every song on the jukebox about rain or thunder.
Patrick was such a great guy and I’m so sad to hear about his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I always call you that for your great heart, your great smile, your great laugh, your great way of picking on me, and being a wonderful cousin. You are in my heart.
I will always remember the day you were born, babysitting you when your parents needed an evening out, driving around F/M and seeing you and your pals riding around on your bikes and talking you and your friends into throwing your bikes in the back of whatever vehicle I was driving getting you and your friends something to eat and drink then taking you to where ever you were going even if it was out of my way.
I remember how I surprised you last summer when I came into town, you were playing ball and I was of course the loudest one rooting for you in the stands! You said it took everything in you to keep playing, but of course after the game we played a bit of chase and you finally grabbed me and gave me a hug. I knew you didn’t know I was coming and I could tell you were touched that I was there for you. I Love You!

I remember Patrick’s warm big smile. Such a kind person. I am so sorry for the pain you are all going through this very sad time.
I remember Pat having a very cute smile in Kindergarten. He was a very fun boy. Pat was a delite to have in my classroom.
That smile continued into adulthood. Yes, he was very polite.

I’m deeply sorry for your loss I dint know Patrick very long we worked together for a few months but he was so sweet and kinda and could make u smile and I’m so glad I got to meet him
