Paul A. Elliott Fargo, North Dakota Paul passed away on Friday, September 11, 2009 at MeritCare Palliative Care in Fargo at the age of 58. Paul was born on October 23, 1950, the son of Gordon and Concetta (Centanaro) Elliott, in New York City, New York. At an early age he moved with his family to North Dakota where he attended school at Mohall. After graduated high school in May 1968, he attended college and graduated from Minot State University. He had a real loved for football and received a 4 years scholarship to Minot State. After graduation from Minot State in May 1972, he married his high school sweetheart, Linda Lou Mortenson on July 22, 1972 in Kenmare, ND. Paul worked for Ellison’s Department Store and Kmart Stores in Minot until 1975 when he joined to Minot Police Department. Paul and Linda moved to West Fargo in 1989 and he worked for the NDSU Police. He also attended NDSU and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Psychology. In 1991 he began working for SE Human Services as a counselor and in 1998 he joined his wife Linda in their business, Home Equity Mortgage in Fargo. Paul is survived by his wife, Linda Lou of Fargo; his sons, Christopher Elliott of West Fargo; and Kiel Elliott of Los Angeles, CA; his mother, Concetta Elliott of Mohall, ND; his brothers, John (Patricia) Elliott of Omaha, NE; Timothy (Kathy) Elliott of Chesapeake, VA; and his sister, Roseanne (Joseph) Marquez of Williston, ND; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by one very precious granddaughter, Selena Renee Louise Elliott. Paul was preceded in death by her father, Gordon; and grandparents, John and Rosa.
