Phyllis Behm

Phyllis Ann Behm passed away, Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Essentia Health hospital. Phyllis was born to John and Rosalia (Sherman) Behm in Valley City, ND on December 30, 1946. Phyllis grew up on the family farm near Fingal, ND, and graduated from Fingal High School. She was the third child out of 12 children. Over the years Phyllis worked in the laundry business for American Linen Supply, Evergreen Nursing Home and ManorCare Nursing Home. She retired in 2009. Phyllis enjoyed going to the casino and playing the lottery. Her hobbies included collecting rings, reading and watching television. Phyllis is survived by her siblings, Richard (Barbara) Behm, Maple Grove, MN, Mary (Dennis) Renvall, Salem, OR, Irene Behm, Fargo, ND, Margery (Larry) Johnson, Colorado Springs, CO, Lucille (David) Crouch, Villa Ridge, MO, John Behm, Fingal, ND, Kenneth Behm, Olive Branch, IL, Lyle (Marietta) Behm, Fingal, ND, and Marlys Behm, Fargo, ND. She leaves behind several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother James and sister Nancy. Visitation will be 6:00-7:00 PM Friday, April 5, 2019 with a prayer service at 7:00 PM, at Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 6, 2019 at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Fargo.
