Reed Wilson

Reed Howard Wilson, 63, Fargo, ND, died Thursday, October 11, 2007 at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo surrounded by his loving family. Reed Wilson was born December 16, 1943 in Madison, WI, the son of Howard LeRoy and Betty Ann (Patten) Wilson. He grew up in Portage, WI where he attended school. In 1965 he joined the Army National Guard. He returned to Portage and purchased his first semi truck. Shortly after that, he moved to Fargo, ND. Reed and Lorraine Holm were married August 23, 1980 in Fargo, ND. He worked as an independent trucker and was leased to Valley Express up through his death. He enjoyed golf, hunting and fishing with his friends. Reed is survived by his wife, Lorraine; his children, Tracy Lamb (Rob Mastre), West Fargo, ND, Tricia (Troy) Presler, Prior Lake, MN, Tracy and Shannon Wilson, both of Florida; his mother, Betty Wilson, Fargo, ND. Also surviving are his 5 grandchildren, including Logan Trenda, Lakyn and Sterling Presler; and Brenda and Bo Wilson and one great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his father, his brother, Ralph, and his sister, Rose.
