Guestbook

  1. Renee was a very nice lady. I enjoyed visiting with her many times. I know Grandma Rye really loved this lady as Rene was so very nice to her. Beyond the call of duty on Rene’s part as a friend. She was very proud of her family and as a married couple-Rene and her husband, Kenneth got to see many things-more than most married couples that stayed on the farm. More than my parents of that era. My sincerest to condolences Rene’s family. marilyn poole

  2. Clay & family, our thoughts & prayers with you all during this difficult time. Let us know if there is anything that we can do.

  3. Sorry to hear of your loss, I won’t be able to make it for the funeral, but I’ll be with you in spirit. God bless you.

  4. Rene was a fun aunt. A very good baker. Hard worker. I’ll be thinking of all of you Saturday. My sympathy to you! My thoughts and prayers are with you.

  5. Lots of fond memories of Great Auntie Rene growing up. Wonderful lady. Rest in peace. Keeping the family in my thoughts amd prayers.

  6. Rene was one of my most favorite Aunts. I loved the rebel in her!! She was a person I could relate to and felt accepted by. I am so fortunate to have many loving memories of her. God bless Aunt Rene!!!
My sympathy goes out Val, Sherri, Dawn, Clayton and Mike and all their families!!!

  7. So sorry to hear of your mothers passing. Rene was always nice to us kids in Harwood and we had many fun days at “The Munter House”. May she rest in peace. Sincerely, Larry Bondley.

  8. There is no doubt that Rene was one of a kind! Her witty sense of humor, the mischievous sparkle in her eye, her kitchen skills! You will probably hear ‘dumplings and donuts’ a million times as everyone comes together, but it’s because they were oh-so-amazing!!! Watching her make this deliciousness, supervising her rolling her cigarettes (oops, hope that’s not a secret!), watching mom and her play wild rounds of Nerts hand after hand, sitting out on the patio glider, slumber parties, bringing lunch to ‘the men’ in the field, scraping and bathing layer upon layers of mud off my sister and I when for whatever reason we played in the muddy field (darn city kids!) – – truly are some of my best childhood memories. I hope you can find comfort in your memories and the memories of others. XOXO Barb Cooper
