Robert Dorothy

Robert Webster Dorothy died Friday, February 29, 2008 at Meritcare, Palliative Care Unit, Fargo. Robert grew up and went to school in Pillsbury, ND. He married Isaura Donaire in June of 1965 in the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, Fargo, ND. He worked on a farm near Pillsbury in the summer and Crystal Sugar in the winter. He worked for his cousin, Wayne Cole in Page, ND at a service station and from there they moved to Fargo. He worked for Steiger Tractor and later Case International for 24 years. In 1999 he entered ManorCare. He was a member of Local #225 and was active in the Democratic Party. His hobbies included hunting rabbits, deer and fox. He is survived by his wife, Isaura; two daughters, Claribel M. Vazquez (Fernando) of Dallas, TX, Elda S. Dorothy of Minneapolis, MN; two grandchildren, Joshua Allen Dorothy and Yesemia Sasha Vasquez; one brother, Wesley Dorothy (Gayle) of Marlboro, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lorraine Williams and brother, George Dorothy. Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
