Our dear son, brother, uncle and friend, Robyn Claire Arrison, went to his heavenly home on October 14, 2015. Robyn Claire Arrison was born June 21, 1951 in Powers Lake, ND to Glenn and Doris (Enget) Arrison. Robyn grew up on a three generation farm outside of Ross, ND. He graduated from Stanley High School in 1969 and attended one year of college at Minot State. Robyn was drafted into the US Army on May 13, 1971 and served until his honorable discharge on November 18, 1974 at Ft. Bragg. He achieved the rank of SP4. Upon discharge from the United States Army, Robyn lived in Minneapolis, MN. He later moved to Fargo, ND where his sister and sister’s family lived. Robyn liked adventure and parachuted while in the service. Upon discharge he took up scuba diving. He had a passion for music and pulled out his guitar when opportunity arose. He was a kind and warm soul who loved a sense of humor, was quick to laugh and enjoyed visits with family and friends. Robyn was active in his church at Olivet Lutheran, Fargo, ND and at the Veterans Chapel, and cultivated many deep friendships at both. Robyn is survived by his father, Glenn R. 8. Thank you all for your kindness, memories and support. Rob was so full of hope, courage and strength. Rest in peace my friend and brother.

  9. I was very saddened to hear about Rob. Although it has been many years since our high school days we were pretty close at one time and had a lot of fun times and good talks together. We lost touch over the years but the memories were still there. I have some pretty fun memories of his family too :-). Glenn, do you still have your record collection, real good music. Paulette, I bet we could still find something to giggle about, and Jay – still just as handsome as ever – right??? I believe the peace of our Savior Jesus Christ is with Rob now.

  10. I am late but just found out about Robin passing away. Rob was one of my best friends but I hadn’t seen him for many years. I’m so disappointed in not being there for his service. Rob was a wonderful person and I will miss him. My condolences to his family. I’m so sorry.
