Roman Tovar was born on December 20th, 1983 in McAllen, Texas. He was the son of Ruben Tovar and Dalia (Zamora) Tovar. He attended Norman County West High School, where he played basketball and football. He married his high school sweetheart Tessa and they have two beautiful daughters Hannah and Nora, who were the light of his life. He was a hard worker, joining his brothers in the drywall business. Roman enjoyed the simple things in life - fishing, hunting, and crafting with his girls. He cherished spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, an amazing father, a wonderful brother, and a dedicated son. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife Tessa Tovar and daughters Hannah and Nora Tovar, his mother Dalia (Zamora) Tovar, and siblings Rosalia Santana (Mark), Ruben Tovar (Brittany), Rene Tovar (Elizabeth), Ricky Tovar (Crystal), Rigo Tovar (Elissa), Roxanne Pruneda (Jehu), Rosanna Tovar and many nieces and nephews
