Stella Paschke

Stella Paschke, 95 of Fargo, died Sunday, January 25, 2009 at ManorCare Health Services in Fargo. Stella Mozinski was born on May 17, 1913 to John and Stella Mozinski in Pulaski Township, North Dakota. She grew up and attended school in Pulaski Township. She married Frank J. Paschke on November 20, 1928. They farmed and raised their family of five children in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. Frank and Stella enjoyed many winters in Phoenix, Arizona. Frank passed away in 1976. In 1984 Stella moved to Fargo. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening and spent many hours reading and watching television. She always looked forward to visits and phone calls from her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Stella was a member of St. Joseph?s Catholic Church in Oslo, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; daughter, Adrienne Dickman; brothers, Julian, Joseph, Edwin, Ted, Leonard, Dominick, Ernest and sisters, Mary Helmoski and Helen Gerszewski. Stella is survived by her daughters, Gladys Hightower of Fargo, Deloris Jiskra, Grand Forks, ND; sons, Arvid (Esther) Paschke of Onamia, MN, Clarence (Karen) Paschke of Fargo; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass: Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph?s Catholic Church in Oslo, MN with visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church. Interment: St. Joseph?s Cemetery in Oslo, MN.
