  8. So sorry for ur family’s loss. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Steve’s family. I remember how Steve used to bug us girls when we hung out back when we were neighbors, then Lorna Dunn would holler at him. It was a fun time in all our lives I believe. And I remember the water balloon day with Steve and running like hell. Think about that one Dooz. So I say RIP Steven

  9. Very saddened to hear of Steve’s passing. My deepest sympathies to Steve’s family and friends. Although, I’d lost touch with Steve and his family over the years, I will never forget the good times we shared. Watching him swing on the high bar set up in the backyard, playing with his dog, Sarge, moms chasing us through Olson’s back yard trying to catch us with wooden spoons in hand, water skiing on Star Lake, just to share a few. He was a good friend and he will be missed. God bless him!

  10. My deepest condolences to the Gauthier family and friends for the loss of your loved one Steven. In God’s word the Bible is a wonderful promise for the loved ones we have lost in death a resurrection back to life very soon right here on a brand new Paradise Earth no more sickness pain or death Life Without End Revelation 21:1-5.

  11. Lorna, Rose Ann, Mary, Chris and family/friends of Steve — I am terribly saddened to receive this news. Steve, Lee and I were like almost always together and the whole family that lived two houses away was like a second family. I could list so many adventures that we did – the one that I recall best was when our parents let us fly back to Moorhead for a while from Corvallis, Oregon after our dad decided we were staying another year. I even hung out with his beautiful sisters some. Later after returning from Colorado Steve and I worked together at the Eagles, I was 26 so he was probably 24. I have some great memories of my time with him that I will never forget.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences on our loss and know you all are in my prayers.

  12. Beautiful tribute video. I remember Steve (when Chris and I were young) as an athlete and always wearing overalls. He was quiet and unassuming.

He is running free in heaven!
    Keep your memories close. ❤️

  13. Our sincere sympathy to each of you. May you all feel the love of friends and family at this time.
I am so sorry that I missed seeing the obituary in the paper. Dorothy Belsly told me about Steve at breakfast this morning. I would have been there to give you our sympathies and hugs in person.
God’s peace to each of you.
    Darby and Ramon

  14. Chris and family, I am sorry to hear of Steve’s passing. I have fond memories of Steve during our time at Riverside, South Junior High and buzzing around Star Lake in his speedboat. Until we meet again! John Carlson
