Tony James Stevens, 35, of Moorhead MN, passed away unexpectedly at home on August 1, 2015 Tony was born on January 15, 1980 in Detroit Lakes, MN to Danny Stevens and Bev Wang. He grew up in the Detroit Lakes and Ulen-Hitterdal area, and enjoyed living in the country and all the fun that  entailed. Tony had many close friends and family he loved to tease with his jokester personality. He had an amazing smile and could make anyone laugh. He graduated from Ulen-Hitterdal in 1998. They loved each other so very much. They were married on August 14, 2010. They loved to ride on their Harley, go camping with friends and family, and spend time with their two beautiful daughters, Ashlyn (4 1/2) and Ella (2) Tony was the best Daddy and was very involved with his girl's lives, from dance class, swimming lessons, gymnastics to bedtime stories and cuddles. His girls idolized him, and loved to be tickled and laugh til they could hardly breathe. Tony would take them four wheeling around the neighborhood and in the country, where the girls would fall asleep in his arms. 3. I wlas shocked and deeply saddened after reading Tony’s obit in the Forum. He was the best neighbor I ever had the privilege to live next to. Not only was he out blowing snow for me and the other neighbors but he also took the time to just visit. I loved seeing him play with his adorable little girls and will never forget the time the two of you came with Ashlyn dressed as beekeepers while she was a little bee. He also took the time to introduce me to Ella when she was just the littlest baby. He was a wonderful dad, husband and neighbor. A little sun disappeared from many lives when Tony passed. My thoughts and prayers are with Tony’s wife, girls and entire family.
