Tyler Roesler, age 43 of Fargo, died Sunday, January 23, 2005 in his home after a long battle with muscular dystrophy. Tyler Todd Roesler was born on November 18, 1961 in Fargo, ND to Edward and Zona Roesler. He grew up and attended Fargo South High School and after graduation he attended M.A.T.C. He worked for Metro Area Transit as a dispatcher and also with Handi Wheels until his death. Tyler married Melissa Mullaney on April 18, 1998 in Fargo. He was an avid sports fan, including the NDSU Bison, F-M Redhawks, Fargo South Bruins, Minnesota Vikings, and Minnesota Twins. He enjoyed going to the summer cabin on Tamarac Lake with his family and friends. Tyler was also a member of Spinning Wheels Square Dance. He is survived by his wife, Melissa of Fargo; father and step-mother, Ed and Jeanette Roesler of Fargo; 2 brothers, Scott (Carla) Roesler of Fargo and Barry (Brenda) Roesler of Moorhead; grandmother, Ida Chrest of Bismarck, ND; grandfather, Earl Roesler of Leonard, ND; 5 special nieces and nephews, Corbin, Kelsey, Judd, Courtnie and Cody; many aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends from the New Horizon Manor. He was preceded in death by his mother, Zona; grandmother, Irene Roesler and grandfather, Jud Chrest. Visitation: Tuesday, January 25 from 4-7 pm in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo and one hour prior to the funeral in the church. Prayer Service: Tuesday at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. Funeral Service: Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at 2:00 pm in Trinity Lutheran Church, Moorhead. Burial: Moorhead Memorial Gardens, Moorhead. Arrangements with Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
