Virginia McMorrow

Virginia "Virgie" Esther McMorrow, 75 of Fargo and Cedar Creek, TX, died June 20, 2010 under hospice care at Christopher House in Austin, TX.

Virginia Schultz was born on October 26, 1934 to Hans and Esther Schultz in Lisbon, ND.  She grew up in Owega Township near Sheldon, ND.  She attended Owega County School from 1^st-8^th grade then attended Lisbon High School for a time.  She graduated from North High School and also attended NDSU.  She spent much of her life as an in-home care giver for many disabled people.  Virginia married Pat McMorrow and moved to Velva, ND.  They later divorced and she moved to Fargo.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerome and daughter, Rosemary.

Virginia is survived by her sisters, Jan (Douglas) Gustafson of Fargo, Darlene (Don) Bauske of Fargo; brother, Virgil (Karen) Schultz of Sheldon, ND; sons, Patrick McMorrow of Fargo, Michael McMorrow of Fargo, Thomas McMorrow of Florence, SC; daughter, Kathy McMorrow of Cedar Creek, TX; 8 grandchildren, Michael Sherman and Michelle Sherman of Fargo, Amber McMorrow of Austin, TX, Crystal Ross and April McMorrow of Cedar Creek, TX, Tommy McMorrow and Chris McMorrow of Florence, SC, Alex McMorrow and also by 6 great-grandchildren.

Memorials are preferred to Hospice of the Red River Valley.
