  8. Dear Hettwer Family,
I worked with Wayne for several years when we worked together in our Custom Panel Department here at SJE. His dedication to his job was outstanding. He would make sure what ever project he was working on was correct before any information came to the production floor. Very rarely did we have to call him to fix his schematics or Bills of Materials. His attention to detail was his strong suit.
Wayne was a great person, awesome dart player (which I had played several games against him and never won) and loved his beer. He will be greatly missed from our SJE Team but I know that he will be missed even more by you his family.
May God give you peace and understanding during this tough and difficult time.

  9. To the hettwer family,
I was a coworker, and friend, of Wayne. We both had a love of chargers and would pick on each other about who had the best car. Wayne was one of the “all around good guys” that always had a smile ready and a hug for a me.
I send my thoughts, prayers, and hugs to all who are without this man in their life.

  10. Wayne will be deeply missed. One of the nicest guys ive ever met. Ill never for get his endless smile as he sits at the end of the bar enjoying one of his favorite adult beverages after a long day at work. We would always talk about were his next trip would be and stoeies about his past wotk trips. My heart goes out to the family and close friends. Heaven definently gained one of the good ones. Until we meet again my friend

  11. I admired Wayne’s work ethic and his loyalty to his fellow co owners at SJE. Wayne will be truly missed.

  13. Dear Family, This is such sad news. I was a co-worker of Waynes from his starting day at SJE Rhombus. He was always so polite and kind. For several years I lived near his house. It was pleasant to stop and talk a bit as we were out walking. I will not forget dear gentle Wayne. Lorraine Anderson

  16. To Wayne’s family,
It was indeed my privilege to have known and worked with Wayne for over twenty years. Having worked with Wayne on numerous projects over the years, I was impressed with his capabilities and desire to hone his skills. All of his work reflected his attention to detail and complete understanding of the project. He was a valued friend, colleague and, of course, a tremendous asset to SJE, Inc. He will be missed.

  17. I had the privilege of hanging out with Wayne probably around a dozen times over several years, after meeting him through another friend. Wayne was incredibly sweet and welcoming and I greatly enjoyed his company (as well as battling him in Mortal Combat). My most heartfelt compassion to his family.

  18. Hettwer Family,

My sincerest condolences. I had the privilege of working with Wayne at SJE Inc for over 23 years. He started just a few months after I did. We worked closely for many years, and have nothing but the highest respect for his work ethic, dedication, and willingness to share his knowledge. I would often go to him for technical help, and he had an unusual way of explaining things to help those of us with less technical backgrounds understand. He will be greatly missed. Until we meet again. Cheers Wayne!

  19. The Hettwer Family,
We will miss Wayne both as a good person and an great employee here in Vacaville, CA, where we worked with him virtually during the week. I have a couple of pictures of him in my office that will continue to remind me of how lucky I was to know him and work with him.
Best wishes to his Family and all that new him.
    R.I.P.
    Wayne
Save a beer and a game of darts for me…See you on the other side my friend.
