Brenda passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Sanford Palliative Care in Fargo, surrounded by her loving family. Brenda was born on May 17, 1968, the daughter of Donald and Ardyce (Dahlen) Grant in Fargo. She was baptized and confirmed at First Lutheran Church in Fargo. She graduated from Fargo North High School in 1986. Brenda was united in marriage to Rod Kraft on October 6, 1990 and they had two sons, Alexander and Andrew and with that union came two daughters, Crystal and Cassie whom she always called her own. Rod and Brenda later divorced. Throughout the years and the jobs she had, her favorite was to be a stay at home mom for her boys. Brenda loved her job and all of her riders at Metro Senior Ride Service where she was first a driver and most recently a dispatcher. Brenda had an outgoing personality and her beautiful smile made her the life of every gathering. Her favorite pastimes were being at the lake, bowling and the bowling trips to various parts of the country. Brenda is survived by her sons, Alexander (Sarah Kasin) Kraft, and Andrew Kraft both of Fargo; her parents, Donald Grant and Ardyce Grant both of Fargo; her brothers – Jeff (Judy) Grant, Chris and Greg; her niece, Brandi and her nephew, Presley; her stepdaughters, Crystal and Cassie; and her grandsons – Ricky, Will and Jaxon. Also surviving is her very special cat, Nakita; Linda MacArthur; her step-sister, Stephanie Bundy and step-brother, Bob MacArthur; and many extended family and friends. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 7 PM Monday, August 22, 2016 at Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center in Fargo GATHERING: one hour prior to the service in the funeral home on Monday

  4. My condolences to Brenda’s family. So glad we had to some time to spend with some of her family this spring. I’ll miss her honking as she drove past my brother Jim’s house on my visits to Fargo. Also having a few with her at times. I’ll miss you my friend.

  5. Bubbly and positive. Always with a smile. Brenda will truly be missed. I will never forget how she stayed by my nephew Steves side. Devoted and loving. I know her family felt the same love and devotion. I told Brenda she was loved and always part of the family. What a reunion Steve and Brenda are having!!! My condolences to the family.
