Heart felt thoughts & prayers to the entire extended Schroeder family. To my farm neighbors forever Paul-Craig-Carla-Stan …..how fortunate I am to have Adele shape my life …my 2nd mom. Memories of this wonderful lady …the smiles …the laughs …will carry on & on. I’m thankful one of God’s brightest stars was shared with us all.in Davenport township. Peace & hugs to all of you.
Paul, Craig, Carla and Stan, I am so sorry to hear of Adele’s passing. I first met her when I was 12 and working at your farm. I was fortunate to get to know her right after she came to the farm and for the 58 years that followed. She always had a warm friendly smile for everyone she came in contact with. She always encouraged me to take care of her kids which I gladly enjoyed doing.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the Schroeder family during this difficult time.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. She was the definition of class and had a great sense of humor to boot. While we can’t be with you, we honor her and her spirit from CO.
I am so sorry for your loss of Adele. I only knew her from a single evening at Amy and Craig’s which has left a clear memory of the person she was. Amy has shared details of the many qualities that Adele had and I know that she was loved and respected by all.
Our thoughts and prayers are extended to your family. Even if we didn’t know Adele well, Carla was like a member of our family.

Paul, Craig, Carla, Stan so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Adele as a warm friendly individual who always was willing to visit and show interest in what was going on in others lives. She really loved people and had that contagious smile that made her so approachable. From my days on the farm, time spent at Canaan and yes those Davenport BB years I’ll remember Adele for her outgoing personality. May God’s peace, that surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds as you grief your loss.
Deepest sympathies to Paul and family. We have fond memories of our time in Davenport and remember Adele’s humor and zest for life.
We’re so sorry to hear about Adele. Our prayers of peace to Paul and the family. I treasure Adele’s happy smile and giving spirit. She’ll be missed by all of her relatives and her friends. Holding you all in our hearts. Kathy and John Parker
Our thoughts are with the Schroeder family. I have such fond memories of Adele at the lake cottage when our family vacationed there. And later, when working on the farm with Paul and Darrol. Adele made the best chocolate pie! I’ll miss her great laugh and sense of humor. She’ll always be remembered.
