Adrienne Hirchert passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2004, at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo at the age of 72. Adrienne was born on October 26, 1932, the daughter of Euclid and Novia (Beaudry) Sauvageau, near Horace, ND. She grew up in this area. Adrienne was united in marriage to Sylvester ?Sib? Hirchert on November 16, 1950, in Frazee, MN. After Sib?s military service they made their home in Dilworth, where they raised their family. Adrienne was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and most of all, friend. She will always be remembered for her special way of listening, and soft way of offering advice when needed. She was the strength of the family, the rock. Adrienne had a special love for her Catholic faith and devotion to Mary. Her bond for family was evident in all the lives she touched, to her wonderful sisters, Mary and Yolande, and to her special friend, Gladys. Adrienne is survived by her loving husband, Sib of Dilworth; and her children, Tom (Ellen) Hirchert of Mission Viejo, CA; Terri (Bob) Jamieson of Castle Rock, CO; Steve (Sheri) Hirchert of Glyndon, MN; JoAnn (Donny) Welch of Glyndon, MN; Lois Hirchert of Dilworth, MN; Janet (Ron) Nordby of Dilworth, MN; Peggy (Guy) Musolino of Moorhead, MN; Laurie (Craig) Stuart of Dilworth, MN; and Kristine (Mike) Crabtree of Dilworth, MN; 26 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Mary Monson of Fargo; and Yolande (Bill) Delaney of Chandler, AZ. Adrienne was preceded in death by her parents; one granddaughter; and four great grandchildren.
