Allen is survived by his sister Patricia Harr, Fargo, ND; and brothers Walter and Phillip Harr of Minneapolis, MN.
Allen is proceeded by his parents John Henry Harr and Blanche (Lablanc) Harr and brother, Thomas Harr.

In the mid-1980s, I was teaching English at Agassiz Junior High in Fargo. I didn’t have Allen in class but he was in my homeroom every morning. He always provided his homeroom classmates and me with a great start to the day. His constant smile was a bright light for anyone who knew him.

I remember Allen from Agassiz and Fargo South High. We visited quite often during our school days. He had a unique personality (in a good way) and I enjoyed our times of fellowship in school. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
