Allen Palmer

The Funeral Service for Allen Palmer will be held 10 AM Thursday, August 28, 2003, at Boulger Funeral Home Chapel in Fargo. Visitation will be from 4-6 PM Wednesday and also one hour prior to the funeral in the chapel on Thursday. Burial will be held in the Page Cemetery in Page, North Dakota. Allen died on Saturday, August 23, 2003, at his home in Fargo at the age of 60. Allen Palmer was born on December 26, 1942, near Page, North Dakota. He was the son of Frederic and Opal (Vig) Duggan. Allen grew up in the Page area and later moved to the State School in Grafton. He later moved to Fargo where he has lived for many years. Allen worked at the Evaluation and Training Center in Fargo as well as attended programs at the South East Human Service Center and also at Fraser Hall. Allen is survived by his sister, Carol (Gary) Duggan of West Fargo, North Dakota; his nephew, Bob Duggan; and nieces, Sherri Schonert and Michelle Ohm and their families; and many friends.
